The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales within the designated region. Day-to-day tasks include developing strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and overseeing the implementation of sales strategies. The role also involves coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion. Qualifications Proven experience of atleast 3 years in sales management, business development, and achieving sales targets Strong customer relationship-building skills and market knowledge Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry will be an added advantage
