Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for an Area Sales Manager at Oticon India. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving regional sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the individual will analyze market trends, provide sales forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies effectively. Managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and periodically reporting on sales performance are integral parts of this role.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, client relationship management, and business development
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet performance objectives
Familiarity with the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
