Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager in the Hearing Aids Industry, you will be responsible for driving dealer relationships and revenue growth in the hearing aids/medical devices/FMCG space. You will be required to manage and expand the dealer network in your assigned territory, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, conduct market analysis to identify new growth opportunities, ensure product visibility and brand promotion, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations. Providing market insights and regular sales reporting will also be crucial aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in hearing aids, medical devices, or FMCG. Strong dealer management and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a target-oriented mindset and a proven track record of achievements. You should also be willing to travel extensively to fulfill the requirements of the role.
