We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager - Nutrition Trade to lead and grow our business across Panjab and Jammu & Kashmir. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing distributors, managing the field team, and expanding market presence in the nutrition segment.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the assigned territory. • Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies and promotional activities. • Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and market coverage. • Build strong relationships with retailers, pharmacies, hospitals, and key customers. • Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and report insights to management. • Monitor receivables, credit control, and secondary sales. • Plan and conduct product training and distributor meetings. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred). • 5 -10 years of experience in Sales within Nutrition or Wellness Industry. • Strong exposure to Nutrition Trade. • Proven record of territory expansion and distributor management. • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territories.
