We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager - Nutrition Trade to lead and grow our business across Haryana. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing distributors, managing the field team, and expanding market presence in the nutrition segment.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the assigned territory. • Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies and promotional activities. • Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and market coverage. • Build strong relationships with retailers, pharmacies, hospitals, and key customers. • Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and report insights to management. • Monitor receivables, credit control, and secondary sales. • Plan and conduct product training and distributor meetings. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred). • 5 -10 years of experience in Sales within Nutrition or Wellness Industry. • Strong exposure to Nutrition Trade. • Proven record of territory expansion and distributor management. • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territories.
