Assistant Supply Manager / Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage supply partners such as clinics, diagnostic labs, wellness experts, and doctors.
• Conduct due diligence, credentialing, and compliance checks on partner entities.
• Pitch the Newmi platform and service offerings to potential clinic/wellness partners.
• Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate tracking of partner performance, agreements, and data using Excel/CRM tools.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure retention and engagement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, ops) to support smooth partner integration.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, business development, or vendor/supply management.
• Experience in onboarding and managing vendors, partners, or clients.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare or wellness ecosystem is a plus.
