Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Area wise sales planning and execution to achieve targets.
  • Appoint and manage dealer/distributor networks.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and ensure their growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for dealers and field staff.
  • Track competitor activities and suggest counter strategies.
  • Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to improve product and service quality.
  • Ensure after-sales service coordination with the technical team.
  • Organize marketing and promotional activities such as roadshows, test-ride camps, exhibitions etc.
  • Monitor collections and ensure timely payment from dealers.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and present performance to management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of EV or automotive sector
  • Territory and dealer management
  • Sales planning and execution
  • Analytical and negotiation skills
