Role & responsibilities Area wise sales planning and execution to achieve targets. Appoint and manage dealer/distributor networks. Build strong relationships with channel partners and ensure their growth. Conduct product demonstrations and training for dealers and field staff. Track competitor activities and suggest counter strategies. Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to improve product and service quality. Ensure after-sales service coordination with the technical team. Organize marketing and promotional activities such as roadshows, test-ride camps, exhibitions etc. Monitor collections and ensure timely payment from dealers. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and present performance to management. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of EV or automotive sector Territory and dealer management Sales planning and execution Analytical and negotiation skills
