Role & respon

  • Sales Strategy Implementation:

  • Translate the overall sales strategy into executable actions and regional plans.
  • Drive the

    Go-to-Market (GTM)

    model in the assigned state to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Business Delivery Top-line & Bottom-line:

  • Take full ownership for achieving

    sales targets (top-line)

    and

    profitability (bottom-line)

    for Merino FABWOOD in the designated region.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and ensure optimal performance across all sales touchpoints.
  • OEM & Market Development:

  • Identify, approach, and build partnerships with

    furniture manufacturing OEMs, e-commerce firms, and modular kitchen manufacturers

    to grow market penetration for FABWOOD.
  • Develop tailored engagement plans to support each account’s growth and retention.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy:

  • Conduct regular

    competition mapping

    , pricing analysis, and market research.
  • Design and implement

    counter-strategies

    in consultation with the RSM and Head Office to expand Merino FABWOOD’s market share.
  • Marketing Support & OEM Engagement:

  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to the

    marketing team

    to co-create promotional schemes and incentive programs for OEM partners.
  • Ensure timely execution and effectiveness of marketing activities in the region.
  • Factory Engagement & Partner Experience:

  • Plan and coordinate

    factory visits for OEM partners

    to strengthen trust, product understanding, and long-term collaboration.
  • Ensure high-quality engagement and resolution of queries during the visits.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution:

  • Act as a single point of contact for OEM-related customer complaints.
  • Coordinate with

    Factory, QA, and Product teams

    to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Liaise with the

    factory and Supply Chain Management (SCM)

    team to ensure timely and accurate material supply to OEMs as per their production schedules and requirements.
  • Resolve any bottlenecks proactively to avoid disruption in supply.
