Job Description

Responsibilities: Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.  ·     2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.  ·     3. Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company's offerings.  ·     4. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while meeting sales targets.  ·     5. Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and generating reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.  ·      6. Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.  ·        7. Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and effective sales execution.  ·        8. Managing the sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any client concerns or issues. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience in sales, preferably in caster wheels or engineering products with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.  Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals while maintaining positive client relationships.  Deep understanding of the company's products and services, enabling effective presentations and demonstrations.  Ability to analyze sales data, identify issues, and develop solutions to improve performance.  Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
