About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our trading business of castor wheels. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with all administrative and backend activities to ensure smooth order processing, customer coordination, and overall support to achieve business targets. Responsibilities:  Coordinate with customers for order requirements, quotations, and follow-ups.  Prepare and share accurate quotations, proforma invoices, and other required documents.  Support the sales team in maintaining and updating client records and sales data.  Process orders and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and dispatch teams for timely delivery.  Handle post-sales support including tracking shipments, resolving order issues, and managing returns.  Prepare regular reports and dashboards for sales performance, customer feedback, and pending orders.  Manage communication between internal departments (accounts, purchase, logistics) for smooth sales operations.  Follow up on payments with clients in coordination with the accounts team.
