Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our sales operations in Valsad District, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, specifically in the tea or beverages segment, and will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors and retailers, and expanding market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage and motivate distributors, stockists, and retail partners in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor and ensure brand visibility and availability.
• Identify and appoint new distributors and retail partners where required.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of Sales Officers and field executives.
• Ensure proper execution of trade promotions, schemes, and new product launches.
• Analyze sales data and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to higher management.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners and key customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
