Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 Business Development Managers (BDMs) to meet and exceed sales targets in the Coimbatore region.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals. Ensure alignment of strategies with the overall business objectives of Infonet comm Enterprises.
Business Development: Drive new customer acquisition by identifying key opportunities within telecom and IT industries.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the telecom domain.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position Infonet comm Enterprises offerings in the region.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track the performance of the BDM team, providing coaching and support to ensure sales targets are met.
Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Customer Experience: Ensure customer satisfaction through timely deliveries, customized solutions, and effective problem-solving.
Experience:
o
4+ years of experience in sales or business development. Telecom Domain would be an added advantage.
o
Proven track record of managing and leading a team of BDMs in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
o
Prior experience in managing multiple industries, including telecom, IT, and enterprise solutions.
Industry Knowledge:
o
Solid understanding of the telecom domain, network solutions, and enterprise IT services.
o
Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and techniques in telecom or other industries.
Sales Skills:
o
Strong salesmanship with the ability to identify, pursue, and close high-value deals.
o
Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Team Leadership:
o
Demonstrated experience in team management, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating a sales team to perform at their best.
o
Proven ability to handle cross-functional teams and align them with business objectives.
Technical Savvy:
o
Tech-savvy, with an ability to understand and discuss telecom solutions, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
Communication Skills:
o
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
Problem-Solving Skills:
o
Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer pain points and provide effective solutions.
Location:
o
Must be based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate
