HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles, requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
  
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  
• Coordinate interviews with internal teams and follow up on interview feedback.
  
• Maintain and update the recruitment databases.
  
• Manage offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding formalities.
  
• Promote employer branding initiatives and maintain a strong candidate experience.
  
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.
• Hands on experience in sales hiring
• Hands on experience in Bulk hiring
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 1- 4 years of recruitment or HR experience (for entry to mid-level roles).
  
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed etc.).
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
