The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processfrom identifying hiring needs to sourcing candidates and onboarding top talent. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, and a keen understanding of hiring best practices. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles, requirements, and desired candidate profiles. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications. Coordinate interviews with internal teams and follow up on interview feedback. Maintain and update the recruitment databases. Manage offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding formalities. Promote employer branding initiatives and maintain a strong candidate experience. Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress. Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices. Hands on experience in sales hiring Hands on experience in Bulk hiring Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1- 4 years of recruitment or HR experience (for entry to mid-level roles). Strong understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. High level of discretion and professionalism.
