About the Role

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations for I-Media services at bus stations within the assigned region. The role requires strong field sales experience, daily client visits, lead generation capability, and the drive to increase revenue through media agencies as well as direct clients. Candidates with experience in outdoor media, transit advertising, or BTL marketing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Ensure all channel partners remain active and deliver consistent business
• Identify the requirement for new or replacement channel partners
• Conduct 8–10 daily field visits for I-Media service sales
• Manage the sales of I-Media services across designated bus stations
• Coordinate with support engineers to maintain bus station media health
• Analyse channel partner business performance and drive improvements
• Build strong client relationships and understand customer requirements
• Support internal teams in joint account management for target achievement
• Ensure timely delivery of products, offers, and services to clients
• Focus on both new and renewal business in the assigned territory
• Use CRM tools for lead tracking, reporting, and data analysis
