Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Drive sales to achieve more than 100% of AOP numbers.
  • Appoint and manage distributors, ensuring range selling and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure secondary sales tracking (customer-wise, SKU-wise) and manage distributor stock levels.
  • Support successful launch of new SKUs and promotional activities.
  • Train, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities (corporates, events, gifting, tourist hubs, etc.).
  • Contribute to brand-building through sales promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Education:

    MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales (must have).
  • Experience:

    812 years in FMCG sales, preferably with exposure to

    HoReCa and QSR

    channels.
