Area Sales Manager (Healthcare/Medical)

Job description: Area Sales Manager Location: Noida, Hyderabad & Bangalore Working Days: 6 days Shift Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and Pharmaceutical companies. Should have ability to make presentation & present. Develop, implement and refine sales strategies to maximize market share and exceed sales objectives. Identify new business opportunities within the territory. Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate hospital doctors. Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to enhance client loyalty and retention. Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction. Keep updated with regulatory changes (e.g., FDA, CE, local health authorities). Stay informed about the latest medical device products and technologies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Identify opportunities for growth and market penetration, sharing valuable insights with senior management. Track and analyze Sales Performance data. Prepare Sales reports, forecasts and presentations for senior management. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and drive results. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in pharma, business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred. Proven Sales experience of minimum 2 year in dealing with CSSD departments or other medical products Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholder.
