Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales representatives, Sales Supervisors, Territory Sales Manager to achieve their targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and behavior.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Depot Management.

  1. Result-oriented and collaborative with the Team.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  3. Capable of multitasking and presenting confidently.
