Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Own and deliver primary and secondary sales targets across assigned territories in Chhattisgarh.
  • Identify potential markets for distributor and super stockist appointment.
  • Ensure consistent width and depth of product availability across urban and rural outlets.
  • Track and push movement of high-focus SKUs and new launches.

  • Appoint and manage high-performing distributors and super stockists.
  • Monitor distributor ROI, stock hygiene, claim processing, and credit management.
  • Review beat plans, route productivity, and outlet coverage through regular market working.

  • Lead a sales team.
  • Set clear KRAs and ensure structured reviews and capability building.
  • Drive motivation, discipline, and performance culture on-ground.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant GT sales experience in FMCG/Personal Care/OTC.
  • Proven track record in managing primary/secondary sales and distributor network.
  • Prior experience in appointing and scaling super stockists/distributors.
  • Deep knowledge of Chhattisgarh GT landscape, including urban & upcountry markets.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
