Generic Sales Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential bulk buyers, including corporate clients, NGOs, hospitals, schools, and large wholesalers.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, online research, and referrals.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients, understand their bulk product needs, and present tailored solutions using product portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for bulk orders to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and maximize profitability.
• Actively participate in tender processes, preparing bids and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and client satisfaction for bulk orders.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing bulk clients to ensure repeat business and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for bulk clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and resolving issues promptly.
• Regularly follow up on orders, manage client feedback, and provide exceptional post-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns within the institutional and bulk buyer segments for hygiene products.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, detailed performance reports, and actionable market intelligence to the management team.
• Meticulously track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and report on all activities.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of all Soothe Healthcare products, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, especially for bulk applications.
• Represent Soothe Healthcare professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
