Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bikaner .The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated area, developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales progress, engaging with clients, identifying market trends, providing customer support, and reporting to senior management. The Area Sales Manager will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with key customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales and Marketing skills, including sales planning and territory management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and managing sales teams
Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying market trends and addressing customer needs
Leadership and team management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the bath fittings or related industry is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
