Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Area Sales Manager, based in Lucknow with some flexibility for remote work. The Area Sales Manager will focus on driving sales of solar energy solutions, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing a regional sales team, analyzing market trends to maximize revenue, and ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and manage leads for industrial rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

* Handle complete sales cycle: inquiry → site visit → proposal → negotiation → closure.

* Build strong relationships with industrial clients, EPC partners & consultants.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Lucknow region.

* Coordinate with design, technical, and execution teams for accurate proposals.

* Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

* Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.


Required Skills & Experience:

* 3–5 years of mandatory solar industry experience in industrial/B2B sales.

* Strong understanding of solar project components, costing, and ROI.

* Excellent communication, negotiation & client-handling skills.

* Ability to work independently in a new region and deliver consistent results.
