SUMMARY

• Engage with architects, interior designers, project management consultants, and contractors to promote and specify our products in various projects.

• Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting our products, highlighting their features, and ensuring their inclusion in architectural Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and project drawings.

• Collaborate with contractors to finalize product specifications as per the architects' requirements.

• Drive sales through existing dealer and distributor networks

• Identify and appoint new channel partners in uncovered or potential areas

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline

2-10 years of experience in retail/channel sales, preferably in tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, or building materials

Strong exposure to dealer-distributor management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and market development skills

Must be willing to travel extensively in the assigned region

Local market knowledge and language proficiency will be an advantage

Working experience in managing both Retail and projects necessary
