Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our Equipment Finance team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and achieving business targets. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business or referrals.
Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust business plans.
Aggressively drive sales numbers and enhance client relationships.
Retain and expand the company''s customer base.

Job
Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
Knowledge of Asset-backed lending, good market intelligence, analytical skills, and communication skills.
Strong collaborative and coordination skills.
Ability to maximize sales through networking and relationship management.
Experience in identifying and developing new relationships.
Familiarity with equipment finance and sales principles.
