Plan and execute sell out programs
Need to achieve value, volume and revenue targets
Monitor in shop demonstrator promoter
Monthly reconciliation process of key accounts/distributor and get NDC time to time
Drive sales and distribution of LED TVs in the assigned territory
Manage dealer/distributor networks and ensure target achievement
Lead and mentor local sales teams
