T We are hiring a full-time Area Sales Manager for the North East region . The role involves managing sales operations, developing and executing strategies, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, visiting clients, and promoting our eyewear products. The candidate must ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. Occasional travel to Kolkata is required for meetings, client visits, and company activities. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Sales planning, territory management, and sales goal setting Excellent communication and negotiation skills Market research and business development experience Customer relationship management skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the eyewear optical wholesale industry is must.
