We operate in the HR tech & talent acquisition services sector focused on delivering recruitment solutions, employer branding, and career services across India. Our go-to-market combines B2B sales, channel partnerships, and field engagement to scale adoption across enterprises and SMBs.

Position:

Area Sales Manager (primary standardized title: Area Sales Manager)

Location:

India On-siteRole & Responsibilities
  • Own sales targets for an assigned geographic territory: drive revenue growth by executing territory plans, achieving monthly/quarterly quotas and tracking KPIs.
  • Develop and expand distribution and channel partnerships: identify, onboard and enable distributors, resellers and recruitment partners to scale coverage.
  • Manage key accounts and new business: prospect enterprise and mid-market clients, present solutions, negotiate contracts and close deals to meet ARR targets.
  • Execute field-sales activities: conduct regular customer visits, demos, workshops and market mapping to increase product adoption and retention.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM: update opportunities, provide weekly sales forecasts and collaborate with operations for smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work with marketing, customer success and product teams to localize offers, run promotion campaigns and resolve escalations quickly.

  • Comfortable with extensive travel and on-site customer engagement across assigned region.
