Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager- Car loans in the Panaji location. The Area Sales Manager will oversee the sales team and be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating revenue, and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, overseeing sales strategies, training and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities to optimize business growth and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and account management skills
  • Leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities for growing a sales team
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in financial services or a related field
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and adaptability to a fast-paced sales environment
