Role Overview

Area Sales Manager (Western India)

Key Responsibilities

• Expand business coverage and sales for

  all Beta3 product lines

  (Live Sound & Systems) across Western India.
• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with

  channel partners (dealers/distributors)

  .
• Conduct

  product orientation and training sessions

  for channel partners.
• Engage with

  end customers across multiple verticals

  to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the

  Pre-Sales & Technical team

  to provide the right solutions and handle competition effectively.
• Plan, forecast, and manage the

  sales pipeline

  for consistent revenue growth.
• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  within the assigned territory.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate with

  3–4 years of Sales experience

  in the

  Audio/AV industry (must)

  .
• Strong experience handling

  dealer/distributor networks and direct customers

  .
• Good understanding of

  techno-commercial aspects

  and industry trends.
• Excellent

  sales management, communication, and negotiation skills

  .
• Strong

  organizational and problem-solving

  abilities.
• Ability to

  work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks

  .
• Punctual, professional, and willing to adapt in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
