Role Overview We are seeking an Area Sales Manager (Western India) to drive sales growth and channel expansion in the assigned region. The candidate must have 3–4 years of proven experience in the Audio/AV industry and should be passionate about building strong dealer, distributor, and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Expand business coverage and sales for all Beta3 product lines (Live Sound & Systems) across Western India. Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners (dealers/distributors) . Conduct product orientation and training sessions for channel partners. Engage with end customers across multiple verticals to generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with the Pre-Sales & Technical team to provide the right solutions and handle competition effectively. Plan, forecast, and manage the sales pipeline for consistent revenue growth. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Qualifications & Skills Graduate with 3–4 years of Sales experience in the Audio/AV industry (must) . Strong experience handling dealer/distributor networks and direct customers . Good understanding of techno-commercial aspects and industry trends. Excellent sales management, communication, and negotiation skills . Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks .
