An insurance area sales manager is responsible for leading a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets by developing and implementing sales strategies, recruiting and training new agents, and ensuring compliance with industry regulationsTeam and sales management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
This includes setting targets, monitoring performance metrics, and analyzing sales data
Strategic planning: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach and drive business growth
