Area Sales Manager

You will be joining Beauty Gang India Pvt. Ltd., a company dedicated to redefining beauty standards and providing high-quality hair care solutions. As an Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the Professional Trade & Salon Division based in Jaipur, your main responsibility will be to manage sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build relationships with salons and distributors. Your role will also involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand the product portfolio within the Jaipur territory, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales operations and drive revenue growth in the Professional Trade & Salon Division - Build and maintain relationships with salons and distributors - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the product portfolio within the Jaipur territory - Meet sales targets and conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support Qualifications Required: - At least 4-5 years of sales experience in the Hair Care industry - Proven track record of meeting sales targets - Deep understanding of the salon and beauty industry - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to manage distribution channels, handle large accounts, and lead a team,
