Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer Manager Executive (BDE)/Business Developer Manager (BDM) to join our Professional Trade & Salon Division in the Hair Care Industry. The person will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term relationships with professional salons, distributors within the Shillong territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for the beauty and hair care industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive the growth of the product portfolio within the assigned territory (Shillong).
• Monitor and achieve sales targets for the professional salon segment, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Professional Trade or Salon Division in the Hair Care industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in managing distribution channels, handling large accounts, and managing a team.
• Regularly review and assess sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
