Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (from bearing industry or a related industrial sector) to lead our sales team in the bearing trading sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial sales, a deep understanding of the bearing market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, providing appropriate solutions and support.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales,
• Only from the bearing industry or a related industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of bearings and their applications.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Ability to travel as required.

Location

Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Bengaluru, Kolkata,Ludhiana & Indore.
