Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Department: Retail Operations

Location: Haryana

Role & responsibilities

Retail day to day operations, monthly account reconciliation, merchandise planning and stock allocations, adhering KPIs to give substance to high-level aspirations. new development, sourced new franchise negotiate them with the appropriate business model.
Sales and operations, exposure to managing EBO and FO which includes COCO, COFO and FOFO formats.
Develop new stores and increased the sales volume.
Requires operational excellence, inventory control, visual merchandising standards, and overall business growth.
Improve store KPIs, ensuring performance above set benchmarks.
Address and resolve store-level operational with inventory management.
Create visually appealing product displays that enhance customer experience.
Conduct store-level manager reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives and maintain sales report on weekly/monthly and annually.
Provide guidance, training, and motivation to store teams for improved efficiency
