About the RoleWe are seeking experienced and dynamic Area Sales Managers to drive revenue growth by recruiting, training, and managing our Dealer Network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in direct sales, dealer appointment, and indirect channel management. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits and campus outreach to promote our comprehensive e-learning solutions. Recruit, onboard, and manage Dealers to strengthen channel presence. Train Dealers on product features, sales strategies, and lead conversion techniques. Drive and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets within the assigned territory. Monitor Dealer activities and support them to meet revenue goals. Identify potential institutions and partnership opportunities to expand market reach. Key RequirementsGraduate with 3-4 years of Sales & Marketing experience. Mandatory: Direct Sales experience + Dealer Expansion/Development experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in appointing Dealers. Background in sectors such as Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or Broker/Sub-channel networks preferred. Proven track record in managing indirect sales and partner networks. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
