Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets. Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with sales representatives. Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (3–7 years) in sales management or a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and grow sales revenue. Experience in managing a regional or multi-location team.
