Role OverviewAs a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving secondary sales, ensuring product availability, visibility, and execution at retail outlets. The role demands strong market connect, relationship-building skills, and execution discipline. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives in the assigned territory. Ensure availability, visibility, and freshness of Parle Agro products across outlets. Manage and expand distribution network by increasing outlet coverage. Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and stockists. Implement market activation plans, trade promotions, and merchandising activities. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Ensure proper placement of products as per planogram/visibility standards. Manage daily reporting, sales tracking, and stock reconciliation. Work closely with distributors for smooth supply chain and billing process. Support new product launches in the territory.
