Debock Organic Farm is strengthening its FMCG retail footprint across Rajasthan. We are looking for a high-performing Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) who can drive retail expansion, boost order generation, and build strong GT relationships across Jaipur and nearby markets.

Role Overview:

• Visit kirana stores, general trade outlets, and supermarkets as per beat plan.
• Pitch Debock Organic Farm products to retailers and generate orders.
• Ensure correct SKU placement, shelf display, branding, and product visibility.
• Onboard new retail outlets and expand overall market coverage.
• Maintain strong retailer relationships and support distributor operations.
• Track competition, pricing trends, and market activity.
• Submit daily visit reports, market feedback, and order details.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of FMCG/GT field sales experience (mandatory)
• Strong network in kirana/general stores and supermarkets
• Hands-on experience in order booking, route planning, and target achievement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and retailer relationship skills
• Market awareness and competitor tracking capabilities

Mandatory Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned areas
• Distributor handling experience (preferred)

Education:

• Any Graduate (Preferred)

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
