Area Sales Manager (ASM)

As a Sales professional in the medical device industry, your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers for successful customer relationship management. - Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide regular forecasts to senior management. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional materials and campaigns for the medical device market. - Work closely with product development and R&D teams to offer feedback and insights to support product innovation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA would be advantageous. - Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in medical device sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Previous experience in sales management, including team leadership, is preferred. - Strong grasp of medical device regulations, industry trends, and healthcare systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
