As a Sales Representative at Gates, your main role is to sell Gates" products in a specific geographical area. Your responsibilities include researching customer needs, developing product applications effectively, and determining market strategies and goals for each product and service. You should take ownership of resolving communication, trust, and respect issues, while also implementing strategies to drive the growth of new products and markets. Monitoring the competitive environment and identifying opportunities to address competition will also be a key part of your role. You will have primary accountability for performance and revenue results in your designated geographical area, with additional responsibility for managing established accounts and strategic initiatives.
