Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Hubballi at AIS Windows. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing a team of dealer sales representatives, establishing and maintaining relationships with architects, and achieving sales targets set by the company.Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from building materials industry

Qualifications

Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Customer Relationship Management skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to analyze sales data and trends
Experience in the fenestration industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
