Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Achieve territory sales targets for biomedical equipment and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives and Service Engineers.
Ensure excellent customer support and after-sales service.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to expand market share.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) for smooth operations.
Prepare monthly sales reports (MRM, MIS) and share insights with management.
