Minimum Work Experience:

  • Minimum

    3 years post-qualification

    experience in sales (Agri, Hi-Tech Farming, Infrastructure, or B2B preferred)

Minimum Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
  • Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) preferred

Certification / Training (Preferred):

  • Any sales, agribusiness, marketing, or leadership certifications will be an added advantage

Role Objective

As anArea Sales Manager Punjab & Haryana

Key Responsibilities & Functions

  • Execute sales strategies and action plans defined by the Directors to achieve regional targets.
  • Manage and grow the assigned territory across Punjab & Haryana, ensuring consistent pipeline development.
  • Drive sales activities including

    prospecting, client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closures

    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    farmers, channel partners, distributors, consultants, and institutional clients

    .
  • Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective customers to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and share actionable insights with leadership.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to the Directors covering sales performance, pipeline status, achievements, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including

    Marketing, Technical, Project, and Customer Support

    to align sales efforts with business goals.
