Area Sales Executive/Manager

We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager / Executive to strengthen our presence in Chandigarh and across Punjab. The role will emphasize strategic account development, territory profitability, and brand-building initiatives, while ensuring strong engagement with channel partners and end customers.

Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile)/ MBA (In Marketing)

Experience: 2-3 years (In Marketing)

Languages Known: Regional Language & English

*Candidate must have experience in Garage Equipment & Car Care Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on key account management – build strong relationships with large workshops, fleet owners, and institutional clients.
• Drive territory profitability by balancing sales growth, pricing discipline, and payment recovery.
• Initiate regional partnerships with automotive associations, garage clusters, and trade bodies to expand reach.
• Lead territory-wise business planning with quarterly targets and actionable roadmaps.
• Ensure regular reporting on sales metrics, competitor benchmarking, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with the after-sales and service teams to deliver end-to-end customer support.
• Implement branding and visibility initiatives such as showroom branding, local roadshows, and customer engagement meets.
• Identify and groom potential secondary sales channels (sub-dealers, garage influencers, spare parts retailers).
• Conduct structured customer feedback programs to track satisfaction and recommend product improvements.
• Support management in launching new products across the Punjab market with effective go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering; MBA in Marketing is desirable.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience in Automobile, Garage Equipment, or Car Care Products.
• Strong strategic thinking, relationship management, and analytical ability.
• Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Chandigarh and Punjab.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
