Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Associate in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading the nationwide Partner Sales team, and establishing productive relationships with key customers. Your role will involve negotiating agreements, identifying new market opportunities, and providing timely solutions aligned with clients' needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and communicate effectively with inbound and outbound leads. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies - Lead the nationwide Partner Sales team to achieve Sales Targets - Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts - Negotiate and close agreements with large customers - Identify new potential partners, customers, and market opportunities - Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs - Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments - Communicate with inbound leads and make outbound cold calls to highly qualified leads - Work with network partners to convert qualified sales leads into customers - Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) for sales and documentation - Support partners and customers with relevant support to close sales Qualification Required: - Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm to learn about IoT & Air Chemistry - Have 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Relationship Management - Possess excellent English communication skills - Exhibit strong interpersonal skills for collaboration at various levels - Demonstrate a result-oriented approach and ability to achieve goals independently - Display discipline in managing partner relationships effectively - Show willingness to adapt to different business environments and learn business practices based on geography Role Overview: As a Sales Associate in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading the nationwide Partner Sales team, and establishing productive relationships with key customers.
