Area Sales Executive/Manager

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. With 1-3 years of experience and either an Engineering background or an MBA degree, you will have the opportunity to work in Ahmedabad from the office. The salary for an executive ranges from 4.5 to 5 LPA, while a manager can earn 10 LPA. Your work schedule will be from Monday to Friday, starting at 9:30 AM and ending at 6:30 PM. In this role, you must be willing to travel across the country to meet with Partners, Customers, and Prospects. Your key responsibilities as a Sales Associate will include leading the nationwide Partner Sales team, establishing professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, negotiating agreements with large customers, and identifying new partners, customers, and market opportunities. You will need to provide tailored solutions aligned with clients" needs, maintain brand consistency by collaborating with Marketing and Product Development departments, and effectively communicate with leads through inbound and outbound channels. To excel in this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a strong interest in learning about IoT & Air Chemistry. Additionally, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Relationship Management is required. Excellent English communication skills are essential for collaborating and influencing partners at all levels, including senior executives. Your interpersonal skills should foster collaboration within teams and with external parties, demonstrating a results-oriented approach and the ability to independently achieve goals. You will be responsible for managing partner relationships proactively to maximize value and adapt to business practices based on geographic requirements. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and proficiency in documentation will be beneficial. Supporting partners and customers through calls, meetings, and documentation to facilitate successful sales closures will be a key part of your role.,
