Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading, developing, and motivating sales associates to ensure effective management of sales and profits - Implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit - Providing ongoing training and development to sales associates - Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets - Collecting customer feedback and market research to provide updates to senior management - Ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations - Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales - Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers Qualifications required for this role include: - BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile or MBA in Marketing - 2-3 years of experience in Marketing - Proficiency in Regional Language & English This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
