Job Role & Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Focus on sales development of microscopes within the assigned territory. Identify and develop new business opportunities across Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agriculture Labs, FSL, and other relevant industries. Arrange appointments with doctors through pre-planned meetings or regular calls. Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for volume growth and productivity. Execute sales and marketing activities as directed by the Regional Sales Manager. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Manage area sales, collections, hospital visits, doctor calls, and customer complaints effectively. Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and build long-term business relationships. Conduct regular customer visits and ensure continuous engagement. Gain in-depth knowledge of product functionality and provide troubleshooting support. Submit timely weekly reports to management. Submit tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager within the given timeline. Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or related field. MBA freshers (preferred) or candidates with up to 4 years of experience in medical devices/diagnostic sales. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
